Millcroft is proud to champion responsible business behaviours, with a commitment to the future at the heart of our service. Whether investing in responsibly sourced materials, controlling our carbon footprint, installing our waste water interceptor or creating social value for our clients, our workforce continues to progress industry best practice.

Achieving ISO 14001 allows our business to consider multiple aspects of our business procurement, storage, distribution, product development and operational delivery so that it reduces impact on the environment. It drives us to evaluate how we manage emergency response, customer expectations, stakeholders and your relationships with the local community.

At Millcroft we are committed to reducing the company’s carbon footprint and investing in the latest technology to aid environmental best practice. For example, the company uses cloud-based paperless systems to provide client information, including secure transfer of site inspection reports.

We continue to invest in low emissions vehicles, which comply with the ultra-low emission zone (ULEZ) requirements introduced in central London in 2019. We monitor our carbon footprint & emissions are recorded for each of the fleet vehicles registered with FORS, and annually the carbon footprint and emissions data is uploaded to FORS via our online FORS management tool.

Millcroft is also committed to the pursuit of best practice in the purchase of sustainable timber products. We will not purchase endangered species and only source products that carry the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) or equivalent trademark
